In order to heal group conflict this group drama must be understood, explored and articulated. When these deep dramatic patterns, or archetypes are understood and articulated, new and healthy group stories can be written. No matter how much communication improves, no matter how deeply leadership changes, no matter how many problem individuals are replaced, and no matter how hard individuals in a group try to make things better, if the underlying dramas are not addressed, a group always returns to the same old story.
